Q. How will you send my order?
A. All shipments on our children’s chef ware, aprons and jackets are made from the United Kingdom. Cookery Doodle Doo uses a combination of postage via Royal Mail and couriers as appropriate. Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post.
For bigger orders, it may be necessary to send it via Standard Parcel Force but rest assured – postage costs are £3.95, no matter what you order!
We’ll despatch your order within 3 days or your payment clearing (normally immediate with our PayPal or Visa payment) and advise you within this period if any items are unavailable.
Q. What if I have an urgent order?
A. We understand that sometimes last minute gift buys can require a quicker despatch. Please phone us on 07588692955 to discuss your order if this is the case we we will do our absolute best to ensure a fast, smooth delivery to meet your deadline and advise of any additional shipping costs.
Q. What if when the order arrives – I’m not happy with an item?
A. We are sure you will be happy with your order, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it in good condition and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you with no quibbles.
If any of your items arrive damaged, packaging split or broken we must be notified of this within 48 hours of receipt so we can notify the delivery agent concerned and arrange a replacement or a refund for you. Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any items reported damaged after this period. Please note that we strongly recommend that when returning any item that you send it registered post as we cannot be responsible for damage or losses that happen in transit.
Once the parcel has been received by us we’ll issue a refund providing it is returned in it’s original packing with all stickers in place and in a suitable condition for immediate resale. Postage and Packing cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If we send you the incorrect item by mistake and you return the item to us we will refund postage based on second class mail rate and rectify your order once we receive the returned item.
